1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Pestwise website or book any of our services. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Inspections and quotes

Inspections are free and come with no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on what our technician can see and access on the day.

3. Treatments and safety

We use licensed, low toxicity products applied by trained technicians. We will give you clear aftercare instructions, and it is important to follow them, including any time you need to keep children and pets away from treated areas.

4. Payments and plans

• One time treatments: paid on completion.

• Monthly plans: billed on the same date each month and can be cancelled at any time with notice before your next billing date.

5. Our guarantee

If the pests we treated return within the guarantee period stated on your plan, we will come back and re-treat at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover new pest types or problems caused by major changes to the property.

6. Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.

7. Liability

We take great care in every home. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where the law says otherwise.
